3.2. As a service provider, you agree to provide professional, high-quality services in accordance with industry standards.

3.3. You must respond to service requests promptly and maintain professional communication with customers through the platform.

3.4. You are responsible for all tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete service requests.

3.5. We reserve the right to monitor service quality and customer satisfaction ratings.

4.1. We collect and process service data, including customer information, service records, and photos.

4.2. All data is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

4.3. You must maintain confidentiality of customer information and not share it outside the platform.

6.4. You agree to maintain confidentiality of TechShare's proprietary information.

6.5. Any improvements or modifications to the platform remain our property.

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7.3. You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your business operations.

7.4. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.5. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your services.

8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or poor service quality.

8.2. You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice.

8.3. Upon termination, you must complete any pending service requests and return any company property.

8.4. Termination does not affect accrued rights, obligations, or payment responsibilities.

8.5. We may suspend accounts pending investigation of complaints or violations.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.

9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buffalo, New York.

9.3. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

9.4. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10.1. As part of our account verification and security process, we may send you text messages (SMS) containing one-time passcodes (OTP) or authentication links to verify your identity or secure your account access.

10.2. By providing your mobile phone number during registration, login, or profile update, you consent to receive these SMS messages for authentication and security purposes only.

10.3. These messages are transactional and are not used for promotional or marketing content.
